CALDAM Pre-Conference School on Discrete Mathematics

The school is being organized for PhD students and teachers in computer science and discrete mathematics during February 5-6, 2015 at IIT Kanpur. This school is organized jointly by IIT Kanpur, TIFR Mumbai and Charles University, Prague. The school is sponsored by National Board for Higher Mathematics. The school is aimed at fulfilling two purposes: (i) as a pre-conference school for CALDAM 2015, (ii) as an Indo-Czech Republic School on Discrete Mathematics. There are six speakers in the school, and each of them will deliver a lecture of 1.15hr on an advanced research topic in Discrete Mathematics. The tentative speakers of the school are:

5. Prof. Niranjan Balachandran
6. Prof. Manoj Changat

In addition, six speakers mentioned below will deliver lectures of 0:45 hour each on the same topics mentioned above.

REGISTRATION

There is no registration fee for the school. Arrangements have been made for all speakers and 25 selected participants to stay in IIT Kanpur guest house, and they will be provided boarding and lodging free of cost. The registrations is closed now. Selected applicants will be informed by end of November.
